Here's what's included:

  • Fill out health history and what equipment you have access to (I know it's boring; however, I really need this info so I can be create an awesome fitness plan for you!)
  • Online coaching with in-app messaging (I reply within 24 hours)
  • Notifications to check in for your workouts (helps hold you accountable & goes on “your record”)
  • Track or log workouts (if I create a cardio or workout internal workout there's a timer option in-app)
  • Short videos of each exercise (so you know what the heck to do)
  • One resistance training workout, ab/core workout, cardio suggestions (OR a stretching program), and a fitness calendar. THAT'S 3 programs that I am creating specific to YOU!
  • If you met with me in-person this would cost you $132 or more especially if I had to show you every single exercise.

6 Week Custom Online Program - $80

This app-based fitness program I use will kick your butt, has tons of features, and is super user friendly. This will work great whether you currently train with us, or have previously trained with us.
